Munstago: un sogno condiviso

The Navetta Voyager line is equipped with DUAL WAVE Technology. The Munstago project is founded on two key pillars: technological innovation and meticulous craftsmanship, both stemming from the team’s truly unique wealth of knowledge.

DUAL WAVE technology embodies two exemplary features. The first pertains to naval engineering, through which hulls with dual functionality have been designed. The Voyager Navettes can achieve high-speed transfers of approximately 27 knots, depending on the engine configuration chosen by the owner, while also enabling economical cruising at around 10 knots, with reduced fuel consumption and extended range typical of a displacement hull.

The hull design, characterized by a distinctive wave piercer that penetrates the forward quarter, ensures an increased waterline length. Combined with hull geometries that have been real-world tested on professional workboats and further optimized by the team’s naval architects, this results in reduced hydrodynamic resistance, enhancing fuel efficiency, performance, comfort, and lowering operational costs.

The second innovation included in DUAL WAVE technology is specifically focused on sustainability. The Munstago team is already working on integrating next-generation MAN marine engines with hydrogen combustion, based on an advanced combustion process and a proven post-treatment system. Munstago is committed to DUAL FUEL technology, combining diesel and hydrogen, representing a viable eco-friendly solution while ensuring reliability and validated performance.
